Land Bank Records Commission to Meet on March 26

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 149.412 of the Ohio Revised Code the Local Records Commission of the Cuyahoga County Land Reutilization Corporation (CCLRC) will hold a special meeting at the location, date and time listed below. This meeting is open to the public pursuant to section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.  Meeting location: Offices of the CCLRC, 323 Lakeside Ave. W, Room 400, Cleveland, OH 44113.  Date and time: March 26, 2010, immediately following the 10:00 a.m. meeting of the CCLRC Board.  Purpose: To adopt a revised record retention schedule for the CCLRC.
